School Health Leadership Role Snapshot

  • Provide oversight and support for school clinic staff

Your Impact as a Nurse Leader in a PSI Supported School

As an Oversight Nurse, you help ensure clinic staff have the support and guidance needed to deliver safe, consistent health services to students.

Your leadership strengthens clinic operations and helps maintain healthy school environments where students can thrive.

 


What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and support assigned clinic staff

  • Ensure staff are completing responsibilities safely and efficiently

  • Provide guidance on clinic procedures and nursing protocols

  • Assist with documentation standards and health record management

  • Promote positive working relationships with clinic teams and school staff

  • Support compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and school health regulations

 


What We’re Looking For

  • Active Ohio RN License (Required)

  • Knowledge of school health protocols, communicable disease prevention, and medication administration

  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and student health confidentiality standards

  • School-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred
